Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Nuoc Mami! We do our best to get your order into your hands quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how your goodies get to you:

⏳ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

📮 USPS First-Class Letter Mail
Stationery and stickers are all shipped via USPS letter mail.

Please note:

  • This option does not include tracking.
  • Delivery can take anywhere from 3–10 business days, depending on USPS and your location.

📦 Tracked Shipping – USPS Ground Advantage

This option:

  • Includes tracking.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing.

For sticker orders, we offer a paid shipping upgrade through USPS Ground Advantage.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, but we're always happy to help if your order seems to be missing — read more below!

A Quick Heads-Up About Shipping

Since some of our goodies ship from different places, your order might arrive in separate packages! Apparel (like tees and sweatshirts) are made-to-order and ship directly from our print partner, while everything else (stickers, stationery, etc.) ships from Nuoc Mami HQ.

Because of this, if you order both apparel and non-apparel items, extra shipping costs may apply to cover the separate shipments. Don’t worry — everything’s still on its way to you, just possibly at slightly different times!

🆘 Missing or lost package?

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out to ann@nuocmami.co for assistance.
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at ann@nuocmami.co and we will be able to further assist you.
  • Please note: we are not responsible for stolen packages.
